I'm sure I'll get to the rest of it later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I woke up feeling normal for the first time in four or five months. It sounds poncey, but... a cloud has been lifted. I'm not just &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;less sad&lt;/span&gt; - which has been my standard for a good day for quite a while now - I'm happy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, normal has not been the normal state of affairs lately. Sad has been normal, sad enough to go to doctors to get them to figure out why I am so sad. Which, as I'll post about later, was really more of an operation than it should have been. One of the things I kept hearing from doctory type people was that it will pass. Which, statistically speaking, it will. In about another six months, on average.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't think I'm being overly negative if I say that that doesn't really inspire me any.
